Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Long distances and customs processing can slow down international shipping, so please have patience and trust that your package will arrive safely. If you still haven't received your package 4 weeks after your shipping confirmation, let us know and we'll work with you. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

My order still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Although we do our best to ship orders in a timely and secure manner, sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If your package has not arrived and the estimated delivery time has elapsed, please refer to your tracking information. If there is a problem, let us know. Please see the pre-orders information below if your order includes a pre-order.

What is your shipping policy for pre-orders

We ship pre-orders to arrive on or around the release date barring manufacturing delays. We cannot always predict how the DHL will route a package, and sometimes delivery is delayed. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track the package in question.

If your order includes a pre-order along with in-stock items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship. To avoid this delay, place your pre-order separately.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Hound Gawd! cannot accept returns on any products ordered from our website. We cannot offer refunds except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. We are unable to accept any cancellations once your order has been shipped. If you notice any problems with your order in your confirmation e-mail, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to correct it.

What if the item I ordered arrives damaged or is defective?

Please email us with a description and a photo(s) of the damage or defect. If there is an issue with the audio, a video with sound is required. We will provide further instructions after we review your submission.

Is it safe to purchase music using my credit card?

We use industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to insure safe transactions.

What is your demo policy? How do I submit my music?

If you would like us to hear your music, please, share it to our email account at info at houndgawd.com. PLEASE DO NOT SEND AUDIO FILES TO THIS ADDRESS, simply send links to your audio hosted elsewhere on the web. In an effort to discourage physical waste and overflowing email inboxes, this will now be the only way in which Hound Gawd! will accept unsolicited demos.
