Hound Gawd! Records
The band’s third full-length album brings together Giordano Baldoni on guitar, Daniele Fioretti on drums, and Paolo Fioretti on guitar and vocals. Triage delivers 11 raw and uncompromising cuts of rock ’n’ roll, channeling the band’s years of touring, struggles, and stories since their last release in 2016.
Rooted in garage blues yet fearlessly branching out, the trio blends influences and distortions that make Triage their most personal and distinctive record to date. Blues punk, rockabilly, and ’60s garage are all thrown into the mix, supercharged with the band’s trademark intensity.
Opener “Still I Am” jolts the album into motion with a jagged surge of American rock ’n’ roll, its energy echoing across the record. “Sheltered” barrels forward with unrelenting punk urgency, while “John Q Public Blues” slows the pace into a soul-stirring, grit-soaked blues anthem marked by anguished vocals and raw emotion.
Ferocious yet irresistibly catchy, Triage spans a wider sonic spectrum than first impressions suggest. From infectious hooks to chaotic bursts, the album captures a full range of emotions and ideas — held together by the band’s sharp cohesion and unyielding spirit.
